Thank you for choosing NEXUS TRADE VENTURES LLC. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we have established the following return and exchange policies for different product categories:
1. General Terms
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be in their original packaging, intact, unused, and undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Return shipping costs are usually borne by the buyer unless there is a quality issue or the wrong item was sent.
2. Category-Specific Return and Exchange Rules
(A) Automotive and Automotive Parts
Returns due to personal preference or improper installation are not supported.
If there is a quality issue or the wrong item was sent, you can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
The goods must be uninstalled and in their original packaging.
(B) Health and Beauty Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return.
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a free exchange or refund.
(C) Apparel and Accessories (Men's, Women's, Accessories)
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags intact.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect items can be returned or exchanged free of charge.
(D) Home and Kitchenware
Items must be in their original packaging and unused to be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
If the item is damaged during shipping or does not match the order, we will provide a free return or refund.
3. Return and Exchange Process
1. Please contact customer service at [email protected] to submit a return or exchange request, providing your order number and a description of the problem.
2. After review by customer service, a return address and relevant instructions will be provided.
3. After the returned goods arrive and are confirmed to be in good condition, we will complete the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Method
The refund will be returned to the original payment account.
Refund processing time depends on the bank or payment platform, and usually takes 5-10 business days.
5. Precautions
Please pack the returned goods properly to prevent secondary damage during transportation.
If the returned goods do not meet the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse return or exchange.
